Can I book an excursion outside of Royal Caribbean?

You may book a shore excursion on your own, but please do your homework to ensure your tour operator is reputable!

Be aware the ship will not wait for a non-Royal Caribbean tour group that returns late to the dock. If a Royal Caribbean tour group is delayed, the ship will wait for you. If for some reason the ship cannot wait due to its scheduling, Royal Caribbean will make all arrangements to return you to the ship at no cost to you.

Do I need to sign up for shore excursions ahead of time?

You can wait to sign up for shore excursions, but be aware some popular excursions sell out and may be unavailable by the time you board the ship.
